Thomas Collardot is the man in charge of developing this fairly unknown 9ha domaine. He has been working in his family domaine since 2005 and his first vintage was 2011. The Coquard family is originally from Morey St Denis while the Loison family is originally from Flagey-Echezeaux.
The domaine has a considerable amount of old vines, mostly planted back in the 1950's with very good planting material. The vineyards are ploughed and mainly run organically but not certified.
Chambolle Musigny: fruit from a 0.80 parcel in Les Gamaires.
100% destemmed, fermented with gentle punch downs and aged for 18 months in 30% new oak.
