A unusual Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc made from a single variety, Roussanne farmed mixing 2 different terroirs, part grown in sandy soils with northern exposure and part from clay soils with plenty of pebbles and South exposure.
Great richness on the nose with candied citrus, poached pears and honeysuckle.
The mouth offers a terrific volume yet with a great balance and creamy tannins. Very Long finish.
