Latour Giraud Meursault Cuvee Charles Maxime, 2019, 750ML

The history of domaine Latour-Giraud extends over three centuries and goes up at the end of XVII. The current generation in charge is Jean-Pierre Latour who first started working in the cellar back in 1983, then took over the domaine in 93.

Latour Giraud covers 10ha of vineyards, producing roughly 80% whites and 20 % reds.

Whole bunch pressed, fermented with wild yeast, and aged for 12 months in 20% new oak. Organic
