Aged for 6 years in a mix of used and new French and American 225L oak barrels, and large vats. Plus another 4 years of maturation in bottle.
The old vineyards which are only replanted after 60 years, provide intense and flavourful grapes that produce long lasting wines. The grapes after harvested are sorted twice, with only perfect grapes being used in the wines. The final wines will age in barrels for 5 year prior to bottling. Organic
