100% Pinot Noir from a single parcel of 0.4ha in Hopewell Hills in the Eola Amity Hills - AVA.
100% destemmed, and the extraction is light like an infusion, with cold maceration and fermented with indigenous yeast. Matured for 12-15 months in up to 50% new French Burgundian oak.
A very soft slope facing southeast at 300 feet off the Willamette Valley floor. There is almost no topsoil with a deep “stream” of well fractured stones flowing diagonally across the slope.
