100% Pinot Noir from mixed parcels of red and black basalt in Eola Amity Hills AVA.
100% destemmed, and the extraction is light like an infusion, with cold maceration and fermented with indigenous yeast. Matured for 12-15 months in up to 50% new French Burgundian oak.
The soft dusty aromatics of this wine wake up into a palate filled with rustic spice, rose bramble, and herbal rosemary and thyme.
