The talented rugby player Bruno arrived in his family domaine in 1987 with 23 years old, to take over the operations from hus grandfather Joseph Brosson. He promoted drastic changes starting from vinifying and bottling his whole production instead of selling in bulk.
In 1994 he built a new cellar and in 1999 was one of the first producers in the Cote de Nuits to be certified organic. From 2000 the domaine moved to biodynamic cultivation.
With a great parcel of old vines, the yields are naturally low, resulting in concentrated wines, balanced by perfect acidity.
