The domaine owns vines in 6 grands crus. Clos de Bèze, Latricieres, Chapelle-Chambertin, Bonnes Mares, Musigny and Clos Vougeot.

Bonnes Mares Grand Cru

100% Pinot Noir. The fruit comes from 1.5ha parcel mostly from the lieux dits Terres Rouges

The grapes are hand picked and sorted twice, in the vineyard and in the sorting table. The wines are fermented naturally and spend 18 months in 80% new French oak barrel than bottled without fining or filtration.
