Bindi Block 5 Pinot Noir
Block 5 is a 1 hectare vineyard, situated at 500m of altitude and was planted back in 1992 over shattered quartz, siltstone, sandstone and clay soils. Since 2005 is grown organically.
The grapes are partially destemmed, fermented in open top vats, and aged for 15-17 months in French barrels of which about 35% are new.
