Ampeleia is a winery established in 2002 in the Maremma region (Tuscany). It's located in Roccatederighi, a medieval town in the province of Grosseto, and managed by a group of young people including and Elisabetta Foradori and guided by the vineyard manager Marco Tait.
Carignano
Campo al Finocchio is a small vineyard, protected by Mediterranean scrub. The grey clay and schist soil, gives Carignan a bold expressive character.
Fermented with 15% whole cluster, and matured for 10 months in concrete tanks
