A blend of 60% Pinot Noir, 40% Meunier planted in Shallow clay-limestone soil and chalk subsoil

Maturation and ageing: In stainless steel tank (95%) and wood barrel (5%) Spontaneous fermentation 10 months ageing on lees from 1st fermentation

Service condition: 10 - 12°C

Residual sugar: 3 G/L
