Return & Refund Policy

No return and refund

1. Due to the nature of the goods and for safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept return or refund except:

- item(s) in your order was incorrect or out of stock

- item(s) in your order was damaged upon delivery

2. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unopened or unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please notify us at cs@madison-wine.com within 2 days after delivery, otherwise we have the right to refuse your claim.

3. To process your return, we require your order number, valid reason for the return or refund, and receipt or proof of purchase.

4. We will collect the item(s) within 1-2 working day, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

6. Only regular priced item(s) may be refunded, unfortunately, sale item(s) cannot be refunded.

7. Free gift item(s) cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
