No return and refund
- Wine or champagne over 10 years old shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
- Due to the nature of the goods and for safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept return or refund except:
• Item(s) in your order was incorrect or out of stock
• Item(s) in your order was damaged upon delivery
- Customers must notify us at cs@madison-wine.com or WhatsApp (852) 9742 0065 within 3 days of receipt. Otherwise under normal circumstances, we would not accept any request for exchange of products or refund.
- To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as received, with original packaging intact.
- To apply for refund / return, Customers must provide the order number, valid reason, and proof of purchase (such as relevant electronic receipt).

If we agree that you are entitled to an exchange but the requested product(s) are sold out, you may return the product(s) to us and apply the amount paid towards the purchase of alternative product(s).

We will arrange collection within 1–2 working days. Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will notify the Customer of approval or rejection via email.

If approved, refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 4–6 weeks.
- In exceptional cases, at our sole discretion, we may issue a refund to credit card or original bank account. Please note that such refunds may take approximately 4–6 weeks to process.
- Only regular‑priced item(s) are eligible; sale item(s) are non‑refundable.
- Free gift item(s) cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
- All gift items must be returned together with the returned products. Otherwise the retail value of the gift item would be deducted from the refund.
- The Company reserves the right to amend the Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
- If there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and the English versions of the above delivery terms, the English version shall prevail.
- In the event of any disputes, the decision of Madison Wine shall be final.
