Tasting Note

Vinous 92, Josh Raynolds

Diaphanous orange-pink. Bright and sharply focused on the nose, displaying red berry, nectarine and orange zest aromas, plus floral and mineral overtones. Fresh strawberry and blood orange flavours show very good depth and are braced by a sharpening jolt of juicy acidity. The floral note repeats on the lively finish, which lingers with very good tenacity. Drinking Window: 2021-2023

Wine Enthusiast 90, Roger Voss

A wine with structure as well as ripe, generous red fruits, this is both crisp and smoothly textured. Acidity, a touch of tannin and spice join fruitiness in a wine that could age. Drink from late 2021.

The Wine Advocate 88, Joe Czerwinski

Another negociant bottling, Minuty's 2020 Cotes de Provence Rose Prestige is a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Tibouren. Also pale copper-salmon in color, it offers up scents of crushed stone, sea spray, underripe peaches and melons, plus hints of garrigue. Light to medium-bodied, it's lean and streamlined on the palate, finishing tart and crisp. While the M de Minty is more obviously rose, this comes across as almost white wine-like in style. Drink Date: 2021

Founded 25 years by Jean-Etienne and François Matton with the goal of showcasing the Provence terroir on their signature wine.

Minuty is one of the few estates in Cotes de Provence to hold Cru Classe Status.

A blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Rolle vinified at low temperature to preserve the freshness and delicate aromas.

Made from a selection of free-run and press juice, cold soaking and fermenting, no malolactic fermentation.

Shimmering pink with crisp aromas that pack a punch with yellow grapefruit, white currant, blood orange and fresh berries such as raspberry.

Minuty is one of the leading Côtes de Provence producers of top-of-the-range rose, white and red wines. This quality is guaranteed by a combination of historic know-how and state-of-the-art technology.
