Boroli, a traditional family from Piemonte that started in the 1990's the challenge to produce world class traditional Barolo using modern techniques.
Since 2015 the wines produced by Achille Boroli are tasted and tunedby Luca Gardini, the best Sommelier in the World in 2010.
Barolo Villero
Vineyard located in the Comune di Castiglione Falletto, covering a surface of 0.77 hectares and vines of 40 years old in average. Villero is exposed to south and south-west and has a clay and limestone soil.
100% Nebbiolo fully destemmed, macerated for 20-25 days, fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks, and aged in oak barrels (225-500-1000L), for 18 months and another 1 years in bottle before release.
